Our history
in 2021 we opened our first location, The Highlands Kitchen + Bar (pictured above) . We decided in 2023 to purchase this second location to share as a sister restaurant. Unfortunately 3 days prior to our Grand Opening, we were devasted by Hurricane Helene, which took away The Highlands Kitchen + Bar in Chimney Rock. We fortunately were able to move forward with The Reserve and are so grateful for it!
Our specialities
We are known for bringing in fresh flavors and high quality food to the mountains. Duck Breast (pictured above) is one of our popular entrees. We also serve Dry Aged Ribeyes, delicious Filet Mignons, Oyster Rockefellars, Trout + don't forget about our Juicy Beef + Bison Burgers!
